Tenang Capital Berhad (A wholly owned Subsidiary of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad) is the investment holding arm of Malaysia’s railway legacy, built to unlock new opportunities beyond railway operations.

A Strategic Engine for Non-Fare Growth

Established in 1993 as KTM Logistics Sdn Bhd the company was restructured into Tenang Capital Berhad in 2025 to create and manage new revenue streams beyond rail operations. We focus on digital innovation, F&B services, merchandising, and aim to venture into engineering and property, while driving sustainable profitability and strengthening the KTMB Group.
